About the Developer
Linden Park Condominiums is developed by Project for Pride in Living, Inc. (PPL), an award-winning nonprofit organization and developer of quality, affordable housing in the Twin Cities since 1972. PPL has developed more than 1300 units of housing in the Twin Cities metro over the 33 years since it was founded. PPL’s real estate development activities are as diverse as the communities we work in, ranging from single-family homes, to condominiums, to commercial development. Few housing developers provide their customers with as much “Bang for their buck” as PPL.
Although every PPL development is different, they all share the same fundamental principal–the desire to help build successful communities that are great places to live. PPL strives to design developments that complement the architecture and character of the unique communities in which they are located, and to collaborate with the cities and neighborhoods in which they are working.
